WELCOME TO THE WHITEFISH FIRE SERVICE AREA (WFSA) WEBSITE. 

The Whitefish Fire Service Area Board (the Board) would like to share information with the residents it represents and receive public comments through this website. The Board is committed to transparency and representation in its ongoing work to provide conscientious service to residents in the WFSA and other concerned parties. This is a platform where the community can stay informed, ask questions, and voice concerns.

All parties are encouraged to read these comprehensive documents as they are the guidelines that dictate the Board's priorities, actions, and limitations.

Meeting Minutes and Agendas are posted here for the public to read each month. Please recognize that minutes from one meeting will not be approved by the Board until the next month’s meeting. These documents were previously available through the Flathead County website, but they were difficult to find. By putting them here, we hope to make it easier for residents to stay informed.

To review the WFSA Budget, please click here to see copies of this year's budget along with budgets from recent year's budgets. There is also a link that will take you to the Flathead County website, which also hosts the budget documents. This link will get you as close as possible, but the complexities of the Flathead County website mean that we cannot link directly to the budgets. Please contact us if you have trouble finding the budget on the County website.

This platform will be an evolving forum seeking to meet the changing needs of the Board and the residents. Please send suggestions, concerns, and questions you have to the Board. All communication received via this site or our email address (board@whitefishfireservicearea.org) will be addressed at the next WFSA meeting.
